Use of the OnPatient portal requires activation from our office. If you wish to be granted access, please call us at 425-423-0878 or email us at Help@SpecialtyNaturalMedicine.com.
Any unpaid balances will be collected at the time of your appointment. Please contact us at Billing@SpecialtyNaturalMedicine.com to obtain your latest balance information.

We are contracted with the following insurance companies:
Regence, Premera, Blue Cross, Lifewise, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Uniform, HMA and many other smaller companies.
We are no longer in network with Cigna, Aetna or Coordinated Care (Ambetter). We will be out of network with United (all plans) starting September 7, 2021. Patients with those insurance plans can see us as cash patients and we can generate a Superbill so the patient can file claims directly with their insurance for out of network benefits.
We can verify if we are in network with a particular insurance provider, however that does not guarantee coverage.
As specific insurance plans differ significantly, it is the patients responsibility to verify coverage for the Doctor they will be seeing, as well as for the specific procedures.
Specialty Natural Medicine can provide the patient with likely procedure codes for typical appointments on request.
